This service is ideal for clients who already know what document they need and simply require a recorded copy without a full title search. We retrieve documents such as deeds, deeds of trust, assignments, releases, judgments, plats, and other recorded instruments.
All documents are sourced directly from official public records and delivered promptly for your convenience. We pride ourselves on accuracy, efficiency, and fast turnaround times to support your real estate, legal, or investment needs.
Comprehensive Title Search Reports You Can Trust ($150)
Our detailed title reports provide a clear and complete snapshot of a property’s ownership history and recorded public information. Each report is carefully researched and prepared to ensure accuracy, clarity, and reliability for real estate professionals, investors, and property owners.
Every report includes:
• Current Ownership Details – Verified property owner(s), vesting information, and deed history
• Legal Description – Full legal description as recorded with the county. Additionally provided in a word document for your convenience.
• Property & Tax Information – Assessed values, land and improvement values, tax status, exemptions, and parcel details
• Deed History – Recorded deeds, transfer dates, consideration, and document references. This would include any divorces filed in real property and any applicable probates.
• Mortgage & Lien Search – Mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments, and releases of record
• Judgments & Liens – Federal, state, Lis Pendens and Abstract of judgments or liens affecting the property, if applicable.
• Home Equity Activity – Any home equity loans or lines of credit
• Full Document Copies – Complete copies of all referenced recorded documents included with your report
